"It seemed like there were only a couple of guys there, and it was busy. But they were holding it down, all while being friendly. The food is some of the prettiest fast food I've ever seen. My son took one bite of his burger and started trying to figure out how far to the closest smash burger to our house."
"Took over an hour to get cold food that was drenched in sauce. Burgers were thrown together and were not even properly wrapped. The bag was a mess. When wanting a refund was told I needed to wait for the next day and was given attitude and the team member argued and called me “inconsiderate” because I wanted my refund the same day. I was then promised my food was going to be remade by another tema member. When I finally got my food after an hour and left. To my surprise, the food was not remade and only rewrapped. Paid $99 for some cold burgers, cold fries and shakes. Not worth it AT ALL."

"Great flavors. Crisp-pressed burger patty with plenty of mushrooms on a great-tasting bun. It was freshly prepared and hot when I received it. Not an oversized burger and was $10 for a single with no sides or beverages. A little pricey in my book."
"This was my first time having Smashburger... I'll never eat Five Guys again! The burgers were way juicier, flavorful, and wonderfully prepared. Also, it didn't feel like a fast food restaurant...like other reviews said, it's "fast slow food". The option to have a beer with your burger was awesome! The smash tots were delicious. I highly recommend to anyone who has not tried Smashburger and will definitely come back!"
