"Unfortunately I have to eat here a lot because I often do work nearby. The food is decent that’s not the issue but the customer service and wait time is a problem. The self check out machine expects you to leave a 25% tip. Companies with their automation need to get a grip if they think i’m leaving a tip without interacting with a human. Secondly they often press ready while the workers are goofing around"
"I just tried shake shack for the first time. I ordered a Avocado Bacon Chicken sandwich. Guess what? NO CHICKEN IN THE SANDWICH. They sent me a bacon, lettuce and pickle sandwich. How ridiculous and incompetent. Yet these fast food workers want to be paid $15-20hr and they can't even put a chicken pattie in a chicken sandwich."
