"Tried to go in and order to eat, place said you can't order, only order online so inconvenient. I don't recommend this place. Very unprofessional, they don't even have a sign up. I ask the worker why can't we order and he was Clueless like Duh!!"

"I waited for 40 minutes to a pickup order!! They didn’t pay attention to my name and changed the name on the bag and I waited an absurd amount of time for lack of attention! I asked for my order and they said it was not ready and the bag they gave latter was at the shelves for over 20 minutes because I was paying attention to the flow. They didn’t even apologize and my food was completely cold! Such incompetence and disrespect with clients. Over 10 people left the place very mad because of the out of normal delay. Avoid this place!"

"I hate myself for coming here again Sept 2023. Again a sign on the door online order only. Go online from the parking lot, says online ordering not available. Don't know the point of this place, just shut it down. This place has some major problems with the fundamentals of just running a business. They frequently shut down by surprise. What their deal is, nobody knows. Good luck showing up, 50 50 chance they'll have some issue and be closed."

"On 0416/23 I ordered a steak burrito bowl for my wife and when it was delivered there was no steak, only the other toppings. I’m not the type to write bad reviews but for my wife ill do anything and she was really looking forward to eating her very much loved chipotle bowl… Thank you for ruining her night"

"This place has gone down the drain. Its filthy. Garbage everywhere. They are only doing online ordering due to staffing but they can’t handle the online orders either. My order was supposed to be ready at 7:50 and im still here waiting at 8:24. This happened the other day too I waited 45 minutes. The staff is rude and have been joking and laughing with eachother while people are getting out of work and hungry. Do urself a favor and go to another location."
