"I requested a strawberry biscuit with my order, in place of a regular one, which meant I was upcharged. That's fine. When I got my order I checked, and I did not receive the strawberry biscuit I was charged for, (this has happened at this location numerous times). I tapped on the window loud enough for someone to hear me, I honked my horn to get someone's attention, but SEVEN workers stood around and ignored me. I wasn't upset that they messed up my order while charging me extra, but don't IGNORE the customer while you stand around and talk. Keep in mind I was the only customer. The dining room and drive thru were empty. Then when I finally do get someone, they have attitudes. The service in this place has gone down terribly. Never going here again, Milford is better."

"I stopped here for a crispy version of The Sandwich. It was good and as I expected. The staff was friendly and attentive. I have gone here in the past and will be returning here again in the future at some point in time for sure. Popeyes is my go-to place when it comes to crispy fried chicken. This location isn’t too far from the interstate highway."
