"When you spend 2+ hours at a nail salon you assume you're going to walk out with perfect nails. WRONG. We went in for an acrylic set & gel manicure and when we walked out it looked like 12 year old's did our nails. I have been getting acrylics for a while so I can just tell when a set is going to be good or bad. While watching the process I could tell we were going to walk out disappointed. I had the tech take off my acrylics so I could get a simple gel manicure. Usually when I PROPERLY soak off my acrylics my nails are fine. Deciding to let this tech take off my acrylics resulted in heavy filing which turned my nails to paper. (Luckily she put a layer of acrylic on them for strength). We both asked for square nails which is considered basic when it comes to nails. At one point all of my nails were noticeably uneven and my mom's were shaped like rectangles. The nail files they were using on ACRYLICS were nail files you would find in a kit from the dollar store. My mom literally ended up having to file her own nails just so she could show the technician how to properly shape the acrylics. Overall this experience was traumatizing and I was ready to walk out of this establishment within the first 10 minutes of being there. It would've saved us the money and frustration that came with this experience."

"I used to go to this place when I used to lived in area and stopped bc I moved. I been going else where for my nails but needed a change so I went somewhere else got my nails done and they were awful I was so upset. I called today figured it was same place and owners as before to my surprise it wasn’t. The new owner was so sweet and super helpful. She took me right away and fixed my awful nails. I am very picky when it comes to my nails and I got the dip powder and she took her time was super meticulous and really amazed me! She nailed the shape length and everything I asked for! She was also so sweet and didn't charge to remove my previous nails like most places do. So glad to have found my new future nail place and so glad the new owner is super sweet and amazing at what she does!!!! I can’t wait to go back for my next appointment"

"If I could put zero stars I would. I’m not sure if the girl knew how to do acrylics, but what I got and paid for was was a mess and over priced. By the time she finished my nails and I had to go pay I could not get my card out of my wallet the acrylic was so thick, I also asked numerous times for her to cut the nails down, and each time she barley took anything off. I spent over 50 dollars just to go home and spend hours fixing this myself, because by the time I got back other salons were closed. It took nearly 2 hours to do, I didn’t get anything extravagant. If you need acrylics done don’t come here, I would not recommend this place. I gladly would have paid the 50 if the nails were done right."
