"When I used to get my nails done more consistently, I used to frequent Coco Nails on a semi-infrequent basis. While the salon has always been nice and well-managed, the customer service and quality of the work never seemed to add up to their exorbitant prices. At Coco Nails, you’re paying for a “luxury” experience, but in reality, a subpar product. It’s been over two years since I last stopped in, but today I was in the area and decided to get my eyebrows done. The receptionist up front, the manager, and the eyebrow tech were all kind, but $15 for an eyebrow wax is insane! And, that was their base rate without a tip! Apparently, “luxury” in their eyes means paying close to double what other salons in an a 20 mile radius would charge. While I’m happy with how my eyebrows turned out and from what I can recall I have never had a “bad” experience, I would rather travel to CT or Westchester to get a better spa experience at a fair cost."

"This was always my go to spa to treat myself before a vacation . Went for gel french manicure and pedicure, was charged $90. The pedicure was fine but the manicure was dealing off after 3 days, I was not even washing one dish the whole time. I have called 4 times and even went to the shop and get the run around with no offer of any kind of recompense. The manager will not call back and the young man I keep getting on the phone is inept. Very disappointed and will not be returning."

"My daughter and I went to Coco's for a spa day. I had a facial, she had a swedish massage. They put us in the same spa room, which was great! The spa treatments we received were so wonderful and relaxing! I believe Gina gave me the facial, and she was terrific. My daughter raved about the massage as well!!"

"Love their massages while I get my nails done. Always great service and great personalities from everyone who works here. The owner is always present and greets you with a smile. Highly recommend."

"I went in on Wednesday and by Sunday my acrylic gel nails had completely came off! I spent an arm and a leg in there for my nails to be super thick and fall off the day of my goddaughters baptism! When I spoke to the manager Kevin he told me to come in and they will fix them! Absolutely not! I shouldn’t have to return after the first botched up job! They do amazing eyebrows and pedicures but anything else don’t go there. If I don’t get my money back I’m disputing it with the credit card company!"
