"The New London Sub Base location is an embarrassment. The employees do not know how to use the loyalty program. They have no desire to move with any sense of urgency. The issue with the rewards has been ongoing for years, and I get the same response from both the location and corporate. This location needs to be fixed or closed so another fast food place with customer service and a competent staff can take its place."

My friend had a special order on his burger and they stepped out from behind the counter to check with him for clarification on the order, rather than just making an assumption. It was impressively proactive and not the sort of thing you'd see in an ordinary fast food joint. I definitely plan on going back."
"The food is pretty good. It's made fresh to order, so there is a bit of a wait. It's also comparable to prices for kost fast food. Service quality has gone down quite a bit over the last 6 to 9 months. The interactions with customers borders on rude sometimes depending on who is working and how busy it is."
