"Great Old Fashioned Intimate venue. Easy to find parking. Easy to get in and out. The seats are on the small side..but they work. Even the Balcony seats give you a good view."

"Saw John Mulaney here. The show was great, but the venue is not very accessible or updated and all drinks (including those sold by the venue) must be consumed before entering the theatre. Seats are also small and my knees were up against the seat in front of me all evening. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful but one of the ushers held their flashlight backwards when not in use instead of pointing down so it was shining in my eyes every time they walked someone to their seats."

"Great Venue! Fantastic view from any seat and acoustics are great. We were seated balcony first row center (AA 9,10) for the Violent Femmes. Show was great!"

"My first time back in many years to see the Violent Femmes and I don't believe that I could have seen that show at a better venue. The sound was great, all friendly staff and that old theater feeling makes this a great place to see performances."

"Phenomenal yet dated theatre... 97 years old, and still rocking. Phenomenal sound, not a bad seat in the house... sitting lobby near snack bars... some parking near by, plenty of places near by to grab a bite, or drink before and after. I highly recommend you check it out. I hidden gem, the largest theater it's type between Manhatten and Albany."
