"This has been the worst meal I have ever had from a Wingstop smh.. the fries were soggy n the chicken looked and tasted like the oil hadn't been changed in months..Never again will I buy at this location. A total waste of money"

"Wings were decent but unfortunately I have to put this review heavily on service. Placed an order online and went to pick up with my husband last night, our first time here. There were 2-3 people ahead of us, but as our turn came up, the bald guy at the register (no I didn't get his name) turned away to assist the five people in the back preparing orders (in my opinion, he looked like he was in their way). Waited maybe 5 minutes before he even acknowledged us and said he'd be right with us. I've worked in food service and retail before so I was like, ok I get it. Continued waiting maybe another 5 minutes or so as the line started to build up behind us, and then he looked right past us to a person behind us and asked if they were picking up, gave him his order, then he resumes to ask another person behind us who ends up starting to form a line to the side of us if they were picking up. So I had to scream out that we're picking up as well just to get my order. There are no signs saying "pick up here" or "order here." In addition, he actually asked the people before us if they were ordering or picking up, so why were we not getting the appropriate/same service we deserved? And why instead look right past us and ask others if they were picking up? Discrimination is real...that's all I can think of. Unfortunately we won't be coming here again. Though it was just an interaction with this one worker, I'd rather not have to chance it."

"yesterday 11/24/23 at approximately 3:30pm my wife and i ordered 12 bone in garlic parmesan and 8 hot buffalo wings and ate in the restaurant. the wings were fresh and delicious, perfectly cooked and tossed. i want to personally thank everyone working there yesterday especially the young man working at the front register. he was very professional, very courteous and very respectful. shout out to this young man who absolutely personifies excellent customer service. we will definitely return again for the great customer service."

"Stopped by to see if the hype, and commercials, were on point on the Wingstop chicken sandwich. I ordered the lemon pepper combo. I was greeted in a great way by the staff. Restaurant tables had not been cleaned in a bit but I got to it as I don't mind doing a little cleanup myself. The food came hot and we'll packaged and I really appreciated that the kitchen staff used gloves during the meal preparation. The food, imo, was overtly salty when it didn't need to be. The fries were undercooked because of their thickness. The chicken patty was crunchy, in a good way, but you could barely taste the lemon pepper seasoning because of the salt content. Good establishment and I hope they do some salt control."

"The food here is absolutely amazing. My kids and I love it here! You know the wings are good when everyone's eating in complete silence. It was a moment of peace for about 25 solid minutes while everybody devoured their meals."
