"I ordered a wrap. And asked for extra extra Ranch dressing on it instead of what comes on it. And it was made with a tiny DOT of ranch dressing in the wrap. So I went back in and the employee got the manager. When I started speaking to the manager he asked me to open up the wrap. So I did. And I showed him the little tiny speck of ranch that was on the wrap. He then began to go back and forth with me, telling me that I was wrong, and that there is Ranch in the wrap. I told him that I had ordered it with extra extra Ranch. He wouldn't do anything about. He wouldn't fix it for me. I was so mad, that I said to him before I walked away, that I would hate to see a regular amount of dressing on one of these wraps, if that's what you get when you order extra extra. Unbelievable! I didn't want my money back or anything like that I just wanted it fixed the way that I ordered it. I would never ever go back to that Burger King ever again. I also told the girl when I was ordering that I would pay extra for the extra. And I still didn't get it. I couldn't eat it DRY as hell like that. So I ended up throwing it awake when I got home. What a nightmare!!!"

"Stopped here on my way from lowell, mass back to CT. traffic was building up on highway and this was quick easy off and easy on. We went inside to sit. We were greeted very nicely. Our order was immediately taken and by the time we filled our drink cups and picked a nice window booth, our food was ready. The fries were fresh and soda machine well maintained. My nephew had a whopper with bacon meal, i had an impossible burger meal. Both burgers were tasty. I have to say I felt my bun looked sorta like it had been frozen and defrosted, but besides that it was fine. The place was clean and I even used the bathroom with no regrets! Definitely a worthy stop."
