"McDonald's on the Berlin Turnpike in particular always serves my food hot and who doesn't like a hot burger? The fries are always fresh when I get there whether it's morning or evening. The people that work there are pretty nice as well."
"Very fast in drive thru. And the line goes quick with 2 outdoor menus. If your fries are cold they replaced mine without a hassle."
"The staff is friendly at this location but unfortunately the service itself is somewhat slow. We went through the drive tru and attempted to order a meal with a milkshake. When trying to order a milkshake, we were told the machine was down (no worries it happens). When we went to the window we saw a bunch of milkshakes and asked if the machine was down. The staff at the window said it wasn’t but at that point we had already paid and didn’t want to hold up the line. We were then asked to pull forward and wait for our food (again not a big deal). The parking lot is somewhat small and there aren’t very many parking spots. Overall, not the best McDonald’s for speed or convenience but the staff was friendly."
