"Service was fine, but I couldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone. All the food was overcooked, the shrimp in particular was like rubber. The dishes were mediocre at best, and yet the prices were higher than average. I don't understand why the ratings for this place are so high."

"Just outside of Hartford Ct: Bradley airport. It's a restaurant and lounge, with a full bar. The waitresses were friendly and prompt. The bar is nicely stocked and has a nice selection of beers. The menu has an Italian slant but there are steaks and burgers and wraps as well. I had the dry Cajun rubbed wings with skyline sauce. Hella yummy, definitely recommend them. The skyline sauce is good, vinegary BBQ sauce with a little zip. I then had the Italian burger with Gouda cheese, red parm sauce, and a fried wedge of mozzarella cheese on top. Who doesn't love fried cheese! :) The patty was medium just as I ordered it. Fyi - next time I would ask for extra parm sauce. Great burger over all! If you're in the area you need to check the Skyline out. :)"

"Wonderful attention to details with service. The food is good, but the portions are huge, and there is a 6.95 charge for sharing. The prime rib was done well. The bread rolls are hot out of the oven and scrumptious like the desserts. However, the au jus, hollandaise sauce, and stuffing for the stuff shrimp while good were not flavorful or memorable. Be careful asking for a taste. They give a chargable amount. A bowl instead of a spoonful of the hollandaise sauce much more than would come on your meal. The other plus is the dining area it is up to date, inviting, cozy, and relaxing. Yet, the bathrooms are lacklusterous in need of an update on fixtures; plain sinks from the 1950s with the wear and not as clean as the rest ofthefacility. Staff is friendly and engaging, and they made it a worthwhile experience."

"We went here with high hopes, and I was very disappointed by the end. We arrived, and they had bingo going on in the event room- which should have been a sign to lower expectations. The inside was quaint and adorable, i expected more of an elegant look on the inside. (I'm going to add that I LOVE bingo and probably would've joined had I not had my children) The waitress we had was absolutely amazing! Very honest and open about menu items and extremely kind and polite. I ordered the French onion soup and Chicken Gorgonzola, and the French onion soup was good. I sent the chicken dish back as it was more of a soup than an actual Gorgonzola. My husband gauged the place when we walked in and went for a simple dish- chicken wrap- which he said was good. My daughter had the Alfredo, which had a hair in it - she neglected to tell me as she didn't want me to "embarrass" her by speaking up. My other daughter had the kids' pizza- and it wasn't bad at all. My father had the lasagna, and honestly, im pretty sure it's frozen, Stouffers to be exact. I'm also pretty sure the calamari or something gave me food poisoning as I was in the bathroom most of the night. The drinks were good."
