"Called to make appointment for my dog having a cough or cold called and made appointment. Was called back and told I need a ultrasound because the dog is over 10years old . The doctor never even saw the dog but tried to up sell me and tell me I needed an ultrasound!!!! FOR WHAT a cough and a runny nose that you never even examined the dog !!!@ unheard of at least before you go to overcharge me for something make sure he needs it very unprofessional!! DONT GO THERE , the vet didn't have a minute to explain how she got To that conclusion of around $ 1000 charge with out even examined the dog. UNBELIEVABLE"
