"After being paged, was told food wasn't ready. 20 minutes later we asked again and we're told they forgot it. Gave us a cookie to compensate. When opening the turkey sandwich, there was no turkey in it."
"I love this Panera Bread location, but due to the fact the other location in Brookfield, CT had been temporarily closed but I cannot go into further detail about that but this is the right Panera location in Southbury Plaza you need to come to. I promise you won’t regret it. Also another thing is that this location has great staff so on so forth."
"Terrible! They are out of everything, I asked for broccoli cheddar soup, out of that. I asked for the chicken cordon bleu sandwich-out of ham and arugula. My mom wanted the green goddess melt and they were out of mozzarella cheese. The cashier says it was because of the holiday weekend. One Jewish holiday constitutes a holiday weekend?! Be better prepared, not acceptable."
"Lolol almost $4.00 each for small sodas/drinks. Bathroom disgusting. Small small small portions but expensive. It does taste good. Soup bowls half full. The picture of Thai chicken broccoli was a full bowl. What I got was half full bowl. As far as Panera, skip it. Or at least bring your own drink"
"Clean and spacious. Plenty of parking as well. There are many electrical outlets as well which I find rare for Panera so that's nice. No more fighting over the electrical outlet. I ordered the Baja chicken mediterranean bowl. I've ordered this in the past but this time it was definitely smaller portion wise. Shrinkflation?"
