"Getting a good haircut is like rolling the dice here. After getting the worst haircut I ever had a couple of months ago here I decided to give them another chance. Unfortunately there was only one girl on staff and it was the same one that destroyed my hair last time. After very specific instructions as to what I wanted, I not only received an even worse haircut, she cut my ear and I had to have a band applied. I’ve been going here since they opened but if they are keeping staff like this it’s not worth going back."

I was worried about going in the first place because usually the chain haircut places really fall behind with customer service and satisfaction but I was very impressed and would definitely go back again."
