"A little gem hidden in Mount Kisco that everyone should check out. Their 24 hour braised short rib my family got was out of this world with perfectly cooked polenta. Everyone was sharing out of my dish, which was the ragu pasta, and we almost ordered one just for the table with how much we enjoyed it. Fun atmosphere and super nice staff! The building itself is so beautiful inside, and the added on tables and light fixtures they put in really help amp up the charm. I highly recommend coming here, even if just for drinks as their bar is amazing; It's also owned by the same restaurant group as Exit 4, another highly loved place in Mount Kisco."
"The service was the worst, just above the food. I ordered the strip steak, medium rare. Parts were rare bad cut and was not seasoned. I asked for seasoning and got just salt. Wasn't going to even bother asking for pepper too. The steak fries were so over salty my blood pressure went up after just one. The waiter told me they got them from an outside source and there was nothing he could do about it. I asked to speak to the manager who too made excuses which makes my concern falling on bad hearing even worse. I asked for a starch that is supposed to go as part of the salmon dish. Not impressed in the slightest. What went from me needing a quiet half decent meal turned into me rushing with a need to leave! Something flew into my milk. They replaced it but then, I was sitting outside under a sign that I noticed was covered with bird dropping. I took a picture for the world to see so... I won't eat here again and by proxy the village social is out too. They own that too and apple's don't fall far from the trees. Dropping the ball doesn't come close. Go at your own risk...1"
