"I should had read these reviews before going here, would had saved me a lot of time and money! Betty scheduled me for 12pm, i decided to call on my way there and she says she’s currently doing someone else’s hair LOL How do you book an appointment and then not be available?? She says to come back at 4pm…okay, I came at 4 showed her the style and she did the complete opposite!!! Her braids and boxes were so fat and ugly you can tell she does this just to hurry up and get done. While I was there I saw two people come in for the same booking time and she couldn’t take them. Literally giving everyone the same time to come in smh I swear I wish this was made up but it’s crazy how u play with people time and money!!! I’ll stick with doing it myself!!!"

"I only allow Betty to do my hair when it comes down to box braids because her hands are magic. She’s gentle, very kind & takes her time. She has never failed me. My hair always looks amazing when I leave."

She will lie and schedule you for an appointment and then once you show up for the appointment she will then tell you that she can’t see you because she is basically overbooked. She should shut down and return to her homeland."

BETTY (the owner) is highly unprofessional and doesn’t care about her customers nor knows how to communicate with them. She scheduled two people at the same time and instead of her asking one of us to come she made me sit inside of the no air conditioned salon until she was done with no update or apology! Please don’t waste your time coming here unless you want to wait a hour after SCHEDULED appointment time or deal with her POOR customer service."
