R/C Hollywood Cinema 4

"Terrible service! We could not bring in our drink, rude lady with red hair and inappropriate work outfit, rude desk worker who said we couldn’t watch the movie because we were 10 minutes late, and at that point the ads are probably still going and if its about the ads i’m not gonna be seeing them anyways now that we had to leave. The interruption is no different than if we were to use the bathroom and still, the movie probably wasn’t even started yet. They said we couldn’t bring in our drinks but like we already bought them and if it’s because they want us to buy their drinks, we weren’t going to anyways but we were gonna get popcorn so if anything they’re losing money. Then when we asked about another movie he told us no because it was rated R and we had to have an adult with us even tho literally no one cares. At any other theatre I would not have this issue. I’ve been places before that let me bring in other food/drinks, they don’t care if we’re a little bit late, and they are a lot nicer. This was not a friendly place and i will not be returning. Great job guys! You just lost a local customer who could be a frequent visitor. Good luck trying to stay in business when your workers are bad, like you literally work at a movie theater why do you care so much about you’re job. They weren’t even young, how low life and sad are these people…"

"I had a ridiculous experience today! Me and my girls had came in with drinks and a red haired lady in first not work appropriate outfit but also had rudely said we could not bring in our drinks when we go and watch the movie, yes I understand it’s rule but let’s be serious, if they allow us to bring in there own drinks why aren’t we allowed to bring other drinks, we are still paying for a ticket. We also were only a few minutes late and we all know the adds go on for so long so why did the rude man at the front rudely and even had sass say we could not buy a ticket, people are allowed to get up and use the bathroom in the middle of a movie but we weren’t allowed to walk in when the adds were playing? Lady’s with red hair and are ugly can not also have ugly personality’s it’s just not right."

"This is a great gem in Arbutus. I’ve passed by this theatre many times. Finally stopped in to see Killers of the Flower Moon. Nice theatre and they give refills on popcorn!"

"Quaint and Intimate. This is a very small theater. It was kind of nice to sit in a smaller auditorium as it was full of people which enhanced the movie experience when everyone laughed and clapped in unison with the humorous parts of the movie. I got a large soft drink because it had free refills with a large but the concession stand closed early so I couldn't get a refill. The seats are comfy. The footrest raises fully for a comfortable viewing experience."
