"I must make another appointment ASAP. However, I needed to leave this review. I met with doctors or assistant and a doctor. That is neither here or there let’s talk about the quality of service! They are exceptional! You immediately felt like you were with a family doctor! They originally came from Florida. And their hospitality is like no other in Westchester county. I will be there moving forward. My first appointment with them was back in September and I left out of their emotional because it’s hard to get good pet doctors that are gonna care for your animal and also you! I felt like I was in my living room thank you so very much. You definitely created an impact on me and my two fur sons we will be loyal and committed to continue services with this new and improved care for our beautiful fur babies"

"Our senior, disabled dog was LONG overdue for a checkup due to his extreme anxiety and our less than pleasant visits to the local vet. We were thrilled to learn that Dr. Klock had opened his own practice as we had seen him previously for an exotic pet. First impressions can tell you a lot about the experience you’re about to have. Our nerves were immediately calmed by the warm and friendly reception we received upon entering. The caring staff took our unique needs into consideration and the exam proceeded without much fuss (thanks to an AWESOME assistant/tech). We appreciate Dr. Klock’s down-to-earth nature and his practical, yet thorough approach to care. Suffice it to say that our visit to Saw Mill Veterinary Care was well worth the hour’s drive each way from Queens. Highly recommend."

"I'm not usually one to write reviews; but, I can't say enough wonderful things about this place! My cat is usually very stressed and upset when it comes to a vet visit but was the most calm and relaxed I've ever seen her in the examine room AND while getting her exam. Her prognosis wasn't good (which I knew going in) and the entire staff was incredibly helpful, sensitive and uplifting from the moment I walked in. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a vet!"

"Brought my 12 yr old princess to get an immediate evaluation. We were so worried about a preexisting condition she has. As soon as we arrived the medical assistant was welcoming and harmonious. Dr. Klock absolutely shows his professionalism and care for animals. He took the time to explain everything that was going on with our girl and the best steps we need to take for her well-being.
