"have lived at The Mariner for many years and up until the new owners, Amber management, took over two years ago, this building was a gem. Everything about this building was beautiful and special not only because of the location which happens to be in front of the water but also because it was so well maintained . The new owners, who also manage this building, should be reported for mismanagement. Where to even start. Let’s start with the fact that, twice over the past six months there have been notices posted in the building saying that the building has not been properly. Inspected and therefore is uninhabitable. This was posted by con Ed. Also, this once beautifully maintained building is now neglected and rundown and at times not safe to live in. The elevator has broken many times over the past year and countless amount of people have gotten stuck in it. I could go on and on, but my advice is DO NOT MOVE INTO The Mariner."

The staff managed by Mo is top notch, providing all the services you could need with a smile. The apartment has all the key amenities and we used the rooftop grill more than we could have imagined. The other residents are extremely friendly in the building. Whether you are an empty nester looking to downsize or young parents the building is worth considering especially with the 4 minute walk to train and all the restaurants in Port Chester."
