"The complex is well-maintained and very nice. The super is great, but reaching them by phone or receiving timely responses is challenging. Despite attempting to schedule a viewings through their website, the system directs you to call, and unfortunately, there's no response or callbacks. In my experience, after finally speaking with someone, attempts to confirm and arrange an apartment viewing went unanswered multiple times. Communication is terrible and office assistant is not very friendly."

Susan is a great Property Manager and is always going above and beyond to help residents. Nick and Tommy are really nice guys and top-notch superintendents. Couldn’t ask for a better team - always quick to respond and making you feel supported."

If we ever need anything our supers Nick and Tommy are extremely responsive and always get the job done promptly. They keep the grounds clean and beautiful. Susan, the property manager is very attentive and really cares about the tenants! The entire staff at Scarsdale Fairway are wonderful and we are thankful for them. The apartments are beautiful and it is a great place to raise a family !"

"I’ve been very happy with my experience at Scarsdale Fairway and highly recommend checking this place out. The location is great with lots of different kinds of restaurants and shops close by. When we moved in, the apartment was in great condition (much cleaner compared to other apartments I have moved into). Susan was very helpful and accommodating to our situation. She was quick to respond to any messages or questions we had. The grounds are in wonderful shape and the community is really welcoming. Tommy and Nick make sure everything is running smoothly and will check in from time to time. Service requests are addressed right away!"
