Harbor Landing

"By the far the best living situation in the area and for the price point of around $2000. Building is new and in an up and coming neighborhood. Ceilings are high, appliances are new, and the buildings and apartments are pretty clean. Most importantly, this complex recently changed ownership from a lacking and cheap company to Greystar, which in my experience is far superior and responsive to other companies. My only downside is the receptionist is sometimes absent, making it difficult to pick up packages late at night. Otherwise best option when compared to similarly priced complexes. Mike and Peter are also very friendly and responsive managers."

"I have been living here for a few months now and am very pleased with the experience. All staff members (including leasing office, front desk concierge’s, and cleaning crew) are all very pleasant and accommodating. With the new property management this place remains spotless and runs like a well-oiled machine. An additional plus- none of my packages ever go missing! Yay. I had this issue at my old building, but the HL does a good job with security in the mail room and collecting packages themselves at the front desk. I would definitely recommend Harbor Landing to anyone looking for a clean, secure and friendly place to move in to."

"Just moved into Harbor Landing in November and it has been such an amazing experience so far. Being my first apartment, Mike and Peter in the leasing office were super patient with all of my questions and making my lease/move in very simple. Since living here, the unit is absolutely amazing and I love the walk-in closet. Awesome place for young professionals to experience Stamford while being in a safe and quiet space. Can’t wait to enjoy the pool come summer!"

"I really try not to leave bad reviews for a business but since this is a rental agency I don’t feel bad. Do not live here. Management since the day I moved in was absolutely horrible. Unorganized, unresponsive, and extremely poor record keeping. I was harassed by the leasing office for parking my car and had to confront them in person to get the stickers to stop. Management has swapped, towards the end of my lease. I was threatened with immediate legal action because they didn’t bother to do 2 seconds of due diligence and look at the rental ledger. The rent was consistently prorated incorrectly. The only plus side is that it’s only one months rent to break your lease. Maybe new management will make things better but I wouldn’t hold your breath."
