"My grandmother has lived at the "Bridgeport Commons" for some years now.. recently she passed away and I called to inform the office, as I informed the office of her passing BRENDA was very cold and rude, there was no condolences. I kindly just asked how do we go about retrieving her security deposit since we planned on using the money to bury my grandmother and she immediately said if I am not the power of attorney the money will go right into escrow. I was present with my grandmother when she signed the lease, my grandmother had dementia and they told me so long as she can write she can sign for herself and so she did. I let Brenda know that, she said to me "well I'm sorry you don't know your laws but we are not desperate for tenants, I will pull up the lease and reach out to our lawyer". I've now made it my business to reach out to our familys lawyer because Maria was cognitively impaired when she signed that lease which we can prove so because Brenda was so nasty and interested in bringing up laws and lawyers we will do the same."

"very disappointed with this company, as my husband and I were poorly attended by the staff, the clerk lied that we did not have credit for rent, but my husband got credit because we went to the bank to check it out. we still lost $ 20 to that company. I trusted and believed, but I was disappointed."
