"*0 stars The price & location are very appealing. Unfortunately the supervisor of the building, Raymond 100% turned me off from becoming a resident of City Apartments. He did not great me with his name or position prior to beginning the tour. I was not given the tour by the property manager which I found strange. After our initial encounter Raymond's demeanor didn't not improve. The tour consisted of deep sighs & more than 3 "if you're serious about becoming a tenant" which I found very backhanded. The solo reason I will nor move forward with City Apartments is Raymond. I should feel valued, excited, amount other things when looking for a new home. Instead I felt rushed, not valued as a potential tenant, the experience was lack luster, unprofessional, & I would never recommend this property to anyone."
