"Bad dirty rats, and my car was stolen twice.."
"Some of the apartments are nice , some not so great . It’s like everywhere else. Some great people and some not . The Wallingford Housing Authority needs to take better care of the apartments. They are very slow about fixing things that need to be taken care of."
