"I've been here for over a year and I have friendly neighbors, a beautiful updated kitchen and bathroom, maintenance responds quickly, and it's in a convenient location. The only thing I don't love is some noise from being close to the "miracle mile" and that I have to go down to the bottom floor from the top floor to do my laundry. That was tricky when the elevator was down."
"Clean, quiet and safe place to live. Beautifully updated modern kitchens with steel appliances, and maintenance fixes issues immediately. There is a little road noise, but it’s manageable for the price and value."
