"Management is incompetent and unprofessional. Rooms are drafty, smokey, difficult to heat, and you can hear your neighbor breathing one room over. There is almost no guest parking to speak of. Avoid if at all possible. I thanked God sincerely and profusely when circumstances finally allowed me to move out. Places like these make me wish that Google had a zero-star option."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE. Save yourself the headache. New management company are SLUMLORDS. They’ll “fix” your leaky faucet (it still leaks, and now the knob turns the wrong way..thanks) but anything major (ex; leaking roof, carpenter ant infestation, leaking a/c unit) they will IGNORE your multiple requests. Imagine nursing your new born baby and having carpenter ants falling from the ceiling on him..and the management company doesn’t think it’s a big deal cause their harmless to humans. There has been a couch sitting outside since spring, it has since snowed and it is still there. Their snow removal is a joke. Maintenance won’t even shovel the stairs. 1 day after snow storm with over a foot of snow and they still didn’t plow or shovel. It is a safety hazard at this point. This used to be a nice place to live, the units are somewhat outdated, but tolerable. Beautiful exposed brick and duct work. Cheap carpet. Good sized rooms, walk in closet. No storage units available. Walls are very thin, I can literally hear my neighbor brushing their teeth (I am seriously not exaggerating). Electric heat is expensive in the winter time, I’m talking $300-$400 a month if you keep your heat at 66* - 68*. If someone smokes in their appt, you will smell it in yours. Ventilation systems are all connected per floor. Most neighbors aren’t bad. Pet friendly, but no area to walk your dog on grass. No outdoor space what so ever. No property manager on site, they are in NY. The property just isn’t taken care of, inside and out. Really sad because this place has a lot of potential. They’ve left threatening letters to every tenant I’ve talked to..give them a call or email and they have no idea about it. Who is running this place? It is a joke. We’ve been here for three years and have never had an issue till the new company took over. Seriously, don’t move here. Most of my floor has moved out already. We’ll be next."

"New Management is awful, Do not move here. They rarely answered when called, and completely ignore matnienece requests. There is water pouring into the stairwell of a building due to a broken skylight and hasn't been looked at since I moved in. Have made note of it multiple times. Beyond that when they do answer they are very unprofessional, and have no idea what's going on ,who lives where, and had the nerve to ask me how much I pay for rent...isn't that their job to know? And then send me an incorrect bill. Anyway save yourself the horror and go somewhere else, honestly anywhere else. There is no care that goes into this building, it's too bad because there is great potential and many nice folks who live here."
