"Terrible place to live unless you want to live amongst Section 8 residents who live off the state and do absolutely nothing with their lives. Built by Rizzo so the walls are paper thin and material is all cheap, I would not recommend this unless you have no other options."

"FYI to all you apartment renters from Rizzo. Be aware that your security deposit does not get put into an escrow account nor will your Security deposit accrue interest when/if returned. This is a violation of CT law. Be aware of this and other shady dealings when dealing with this corp/landlord."
