"My dog Daisy was involved in a fight with another dog, very unfortunate. After she went to the emergency vet for $500 she went to her regular vet at Banfield and got the medicine she needed, for a discounted price compared to the Emergency people. She's on their Wellness Plan and it includes all kinds of vaccines and scheduled care of the sort. It's less than $50 a month, and if your family has luck like my family, you're gonna need it. She's fully recovered now, and the other dog is out of the equation, back to their owner (we were dog sitting for about a month)"

"They don’t even deserve a star. As a family, we have been going to Banfield for over 10 years. We currently have 6 dogs all enrolled in the wellness plan and our new puppy fell off the couch on Christmas Day and is now limping. Banfield refuses to see her for two weeks. What is the point of paying for a wellness plan if they don’t provide care? If she requires surgery and we delay her treatment, the recovery does not go as well. I am being forced to go to a different vet and pay for care that Banfield should be providing. I am going to be looking elsewhere for our veterinary needs."
