"i love this place. i can see it in their eyes, the way they treat my lovely pup.. they do everything with sincere care and love. don't think i ever wanna go anywhere else. everyone here is amazing and so kind, and so gentle! even my dog gets excited to come here. i think that's the biggest thing. there's never been a time where he wasn't excited the moment he steps foot through those front doors!"

Friendly staff, beautiful facility, our dog was super comfortable, and it was incredibly easy to get the information we needed online for the insurance. They are on point with diagnoses and treatments; our dog had a food allergy that was undiagnosed for 3 years, and he's doing so much better now! Highly recommend."

"Bond Vet in Roslyn is like a 5-star hotel with the best service and the most soothing environment for you and your furry loved one. They really couldn’t be nicer and more professional, and they explain everything to you and they don’t order all of the unnecessary tests and x-rays to increase the bill. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOND VET ROSLYN!!!!!!!! I will have to amend my stellar review after realizing that the friendly atmosphere of Bond Vet is fake and disingenuous. Dr. Chou in the Roslyn location prescribed Gabapentin for my 18 year old cat but did not tell me of any potential side effects. We gave it to Darrin last night and now he can’t walk, he urinated on himself, howled all night and I have called six times to try to get a vet on the phone and NOBODY has called me back. I told each receptionist that my cat might die and they don’t even reach out. Steer clear and do not be fooled by the beautiful office and fake friendliness and concern. I will take competence of care over fake nice any day."

They walked us through every step and detail from medication to what to expect in the upcoming days. And most of all how well they took care of Zoe like she was their own.
