"i just took in a new kitten, she’s just 5 weeks old. i’ve called everywhere trying to get an appointment to have her seen and make sure she’s healthy, and this place had the closest open appointment and it was still 2 weeks in advance. i come in with my kitten, and apparently they called an old phone number(3+ years ago) and cancelled this morning but we gave them the new one when making the appointment, and didn’t have another open appointment for over two weeks from now!! 2 weeks is a long time for a month old kitten, especially with THEM being the ones that cancelled! already have an appointment for the vet down the street tomorrow. waste of time. unfortunate i never got to meet the actual doctor that is so highly reviewed."
