"I went in with my and sister over this last holiday weekend for a pedicure. I expect a careful yet meticulous job and I am not unreasonable with my expectations.. Initially there was some confusion over what pedicure I wanted. Once I received the pedicure- which was just okay- the gentleman OWNER of the salon ushered me over and said “20 minutes massage now.” This was not a question, it was declarative, leading me to believe that the aforementioned confusion meant that the service I ordered included massage. At no point was there any mention made of an extra charge.. nothing. Shame on me for not asking?… Well, the massage I did not want but reluctantly accepted turned out to leave me in HORRIBLE PHYSICAL PAIN! Which I am still in as I write this review 5 days later (which was my deciding factor in leaving the review— a CAUTIONARY TALE) The gentleman doing the massage left me with a diagnosed strain/sprain of my neck and I will absolutely never be returning to this place with questionable business tactics.."

"I went for powder manicure and regular pedicure. They did not follow the general process for applying powder manicure that I have had at other salons. They did buff out the powder color after applying it, it chipped within a week. The pedicure was horrible, I wanted square nails. The nails looked longer in one side, and since I had chosen a rather light neutral shade, I believe it needed more applications than darker shade. But they did not it and as a result it looks patchy. This was not my first time getting dip powder manicure or pedicure. But I was dissatisfied . And as I left I chose a tip that I thought was appropriate ( which was not less) the owner or manager came running after me to the car, to ask if I wanted to increase my tip. It was very embarrassing since there were people standing in the parking lot and heard the owner yelling for more tip. I will of course never go back again."
