"Absolutely terrible customer service, or lack thereof! They were running late for my scheduled pedicure appointment, no interaction/conversation during my pedicure. When her next appointment came in, I was left at the drying station for at least 20 min. My nail polish smudged as I was taking the roller “paper towel” they use to separate your toes. Nobody ever came over to check on me at all so see if my toes were dry & ready to go. Once I decided to leave, I waited again for a few minutes before they noticed I was at the register to pay. I have been there several times before & not the friendliest service but this was the worst ever!! I will not be going back."
