"Had a lovely stay. Staff is super helpful. Michael checked me in and he was super helpful and friendly. The hotel looks newly renovated. Everything was great. The bed was extra comfortable wish I could stay another night but too bad my work keeps me on the move. Will Definitely stay if I’m back in the area."

"Extremely terribly experience with customer service. I tried to cancel my reservation, and two different employees - someone at the front desk and someone from accounting - assured me they could cancel my reservation with no charge. Relying on this promise, I didn’t stay at the hotel. The hotel charged me anyway. I called the manager to see what happened — and apparently both employees told her they had no recollection of promising me a refund. So there was nothing I could do and I was cheated out of several hundred dollars. The people at this hotel are unethical and should reexamine the caliber and integrity of the employees they hire."

"This is a great place to stay when visiting someone in Suffolk County. The beds are quite comfortable, and the bed spread/blanket was luxurious. The pillows were a bit too soft for me but I know others that would have loved them. The staff will go above and beyond for you and did more than once for me. It's only about 15 minutes from the airport. It has its own restaurant which I did not have the pleasure of experiencing due to time constraints on my part. I will most definitely stay there again when I go back to Long Island. Great job everyone!"

"Everything was great. The place is huge and appears to be recently renovated. This is one of the few places I've stayed that has an actual bathroom fan which, as some may know, is very helpful when there are multiple people using the facilities. The only complaint is the shower curtain is too short. I know it seem a trivial thing to complain about but the floor floods when you shower, making housekeeping's job that much more difficult than it needs to be."

"I have stayed at this Holiday Inn Express several times and my most recent stay was for about two and a half weeks. I have given this hotel five stars because of the people that work there that have provided me with excellent customer service. There are hotels closer to where I sometimes need to be, but I travel over 20 miles farther east to stay at this hotel because of the high level of customer service I have experienced and the clean rooms."
