The one thing was not great we checked in around 9pm and although no one was at the front desk she did come out I said good evening told her I had a reservation and she said “let me get your ID” I’m sorry sweetie work on your ppl skills it’s important I just drove 6 hours It would have been appreciated if I was greeted better otherwise the room was clean and the bed was perfect Did not wake up with my back hurting."

"Woman was rude and disrespectful at the counter. Hold charge was hundred dollars. Our room had no hot water went to call front desk phone was broken. Requested a new room said they will send maintenance up an hour later. maintainance (which didn't speak English by the way) said to just let it run we ran the water nothing changed went back down to request a new room different person at the counter got us our new room. Not happy with the service will not be returning."

"One of the newer Confort Inn properties, i guess. The rooms are very clean and neat but the odor in the hallway is unbearable. Not quite sure what it is, a strong Indian curry masked by something else. Definitely not ‘New hotel scent’ for sure. Good thing, the room did have crisp linens with a clean fragrant feel. The front desk guy last night (Sunday) should not be in the hospitality industry. Quite unpleasant and short tempered especially when on his cell phone. Was planning to extend my stay but between the intrusive odor and his disposition, best to try another property instead."

"Outstanding customer service. The front desk has been so accommodating, even going out of their way to help me in my current difficult situation. The cleaning staff is great as they leave the room looking spectacular and replenished. Definitely recommend this spot for any reason you have. A wonderful relaxing time. Breakfast is on point too!"
