"Today was my son’s first dentist visit. I was nervous because no one likes going to the dentist. We were seen by Dr. Gianna Lugo, and she was absolutely amazing! she was friendly and gentle! She was very professional and made us feel comfortable. She answered all my questions and gave me tips and tricks on how to keep my baby’s dental hygiene up to par. The ladies at the front desk were kind, welcoming and helpful. We didn’t experience a long wait time! I also loved how colorful the rooms were. 10 out of 10 I would absolutely recommend this place!"

"Fri Jan 26, 2024 - DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD THERE! My 9year old daughter was seen. Zero cavities very nice teeth, but was told 2 molars had to be removed due to her teeth being crowded from her baby molars that never fell out. They never gave me anesthesia options. Was only told the gas is given for babies and special cases. My daughter supposedly didn't fall into that category of special cases. Dentist told me it will be quick because there are no nerves attached to the molars as per the xrays. She was injected with local anesthesia and the tugging began. The dentist didn't give it enough time for the anesthesia to kick in. She was pulling and tugging as my daughter was screaming and kicking. I asked her to give it some more time or possibly give her more anesthetic. The dentist stated it wasn't necessary. She told my daughter is like a big hug. No one hugs you and hurts you that way. After the procedure my daughter was crying hysterically (which by the way is rare) As I was trying to console her the paper work was coming in for me to sign. I refused to sign 2 forms. One explaining the different anesthesia options that I wasn't given and the 2nd form was for what could possibly happen when there is nerve damage. I refused to sign because according to the dentist her molars had no nerves attached according the the xrays she reviewed. As I continued to console my daughter. I told her I was sorry that happened. I didn't know gas wouldn't be used to help with pain and her anxiety. My daughter has special needs and that dentist didn't take that into consideration. I was told to leave the office by Pedro Morales. He had no empathy for the traumatic experience my daughter went through. All he cared about was that his forms weren't signed. She didn't get a sticker or a free tooth brush for what she went through . Just a please leave and don't come back. At that very moment was when I got very upset. I told him I was speaking to my daughter and I was trying to console her. He didn't care. All he kept saying was " yes, please leave. It took every ounce of control in my part to be respectful and ask for his name politely and with class. (PEDRO MORALES) Its sad that now my daughter is going to think all her dental experiences are going to be like that. That office TRAUMATIZED MY DAUGHTER."

"My son doesn’t like going to the dentist but Dr.Torres made my son feel comfortable. She answered his questions and talked him through what she was doing. Her staff is great and Milly and the dental hygienist made my experience smooth."

"So far I’ve been here twice with my kids and again, the service was phenomenal. Milly and the front desk were very kind and welcoming. The staff made my kids feel safe and secure. Dentist offices can be a scary place for younger kids but not this one. I would definitely recommend it to anyone with younger children."
