"This restaurant is genuinely unimpressive. The food is average…I guess unless you order the couple traditional portuguese dishes. But the menu is boring besides that. We weren’t sure if we could trust a random restaurant to serve fresh seafood so we tried to make safer choices…apparently the wrong move. The ambiance is bad. It feels like a dive bar. The entry room was un-decorated, tables not set up. I was almost unsure we were in the right place. There was no hostess stand, no hostess to greet you or tell you where to go. If you didn’t happen upon a server as you enter the building, you’re kind of left standing there. It was awkward. There is a dining patio but it overlooks none but a few flower vases and the parking lot."
"Mill’s Tavern is one of the few places you can get a truly authentic Portuguese meal. The owner Paul takes passion in his business and the food. His food is always cooked to perfection and priced reasonably. The staff is knowledgeable and able to accommodate any request or question you have. I recommend to try any of the daily specials when you visit!"
"This place is nice, comfy, & spacious. Very clean as well. I tried a shrimp dish which was spicy but really delicious! Definitely coming here again."
