"We were referred here by our regular vet as our cat’s eye had deteriorated quickly in a matter of few months. They took us right away, same day. It’s a bit of a trek from New Rochelle but the care we received made it worth it. Elmer has a tendency to mess on car rides, and I was worried when we pulled up with this stinker how we’d deal with it when we got there. Nurse Donna came out and helped us get him in and cleaned him right up. I cannot express enough how kind, patient and attentive she was! We went back and forth three different visits, trying meds & eye drops before ultimately deciding to remove the eye. We saw both Dr. Cho and Dr. Schmidt (who ultimately did his surgery). They were both very patient, explained everything thoroughly and answered all questions, concerns, etc. I wish some of my doctors were this attentive! The surgery went well and we are almost at the end of the cone. Elmer has healed well, no infections, no complications, etc. We cannot thank the doctors and staff enough!"

The vet was very knowledgeable and explained our cat’s eye conditions comprehensively and didn’t push for unnecessary surgery because she isn’t in pain or in danger of it worsening.
