"Went to pick up my script, script was not properly filled, spoke with Judi, after I explained to her in a non-confrontational way, how I receive my medication , she chose to not listen to me. She took on a rude tone, did not own up to her mistake, and she never offered to correct the error on their part. Even her co worker noticed her tone and attitude and apologized on her behalf. I contacted CVS 800 number to address this issue."

"The Indian lady at the drive through pharmacy is either deaf or they need a whole new speaker system. On the window it says to speak loud and clear, and I was literally screaming into the speaker and the lady couldn’t even hear me, which was frustrating but other than that no complaints"

"Everything was wonderful here until Susan started working there. She’s beyond rude and should not be working with customers. Everyone else there is really nice but I no longer enjoy going there knowing I will probably have to deal with Susan."

"After years of being a long time customer of CVS in Rocky Hill that all ended for me recently! The pharmacy needs to investigate their pharmacist(s) along with their lies and deceptive actions that can seriously hurt Customers coming to pick up their medications. I will be contacting CVS corporate. I can not even put it in words as to how I was treated. That day at the Pharmacy counter was terrifying…"
