"I have been coming to this vet since January. I had originally had a great review for them five stars but that has changed. Every time I went to an appointment I would have to wait for 10 minutes in the lobby to be seen and even more time after that for the main veterinarian to see my dog. When I called to say I would be a little late they told me there was a 15 minute grace period. I had a second appointment and was sitting in standstill traffic on the highway, and I said I will be 10 minutes late and they said the grace period does not apply on this day. I will never be bringing my dog back, they are very unprofessional. For those who need to work 9 to 5 this is not the vet for you as you will be severely inconvenienced."
