Route 33 Pizza House

"We've ordered from here once a week for the last few years as it's nearby with quick delivery and easy online ordering. With that said, we've watched the quality of the food go down slightly as their prices keep going up. We've been disappointed lately. Today's pizza was hard to bite through with hardly any sauce. The pita was too hard to eat. A few weeks ago I ordered one of their specialty pizzas and it was loaded with jarred garlic, it was not edible. To be fair, I had a cheese pizza last week that was really good, I wish this was consistent. Places like this that have extensive menus seem to take shortcuts out of necessity. We will continue ordering but wish the cooks would put a little more care into the food being served and think about the people who are receiving the food. We work hard for our money; Spending $40 for 8 slices of pizza and a salad is tough for some of us so when it doesn't taste good we're left feeling annoyed and disappointed."

"Tell your delivery driver to have some respect for women and not tell them not to order from them again very disrespectful and unnecessary if you don't wanna deliver food DONT, no reason to be a prick to anyone you shouldn't have a job after that next time think before you speak unprofessional and you made someone upset for being rude like that and DONT TELL SOMEONE TO NEVER ORDER FROM US AGAIN YOUR A DRIVER THATS ALL YOU DO GET A NEW JOB IF YOU HATE YOURS fix your driver situation before someone else does for that I would give ZERO stars because you couldn't even make it right for the person who got that delivery pretty pathetic"

"A small pizza of 8 slices was 20.72. I asked for delivery and I sure did not approve you to use grub hub that cost me an additional 9.99 which brought my total to 30.71 for 8 slices of pizza. This photo is a small pizza from amadeos in holyoke that cost me 19.00. Take a hint your pizza sucks and over priced!"

"Best pizza sauce in Massachusetts. I've searched high and low, shore to shore, and I've found no pizza sauce as delicious as this one. I get it on my grinders, my spaghetti, my pizza (of course) do you're self a favor and try thisovely sauce. It's a game changer. Ask for a side of it for your apps, ask for it in your spaghetti, anything. You won't regret it."

"First time even though I live 5 mins away. Young lady answering phone was very professional and helpful. Great personality. Food was delivered in less than 20 mins. I usually order around 4:30 pm so that helps Grinder was huge. (Lg size meatball). Two meals from this. It was very tasty. I love spicy so definitely could use more seasoning but delicious all the same. Bought a chef’s salad for tomorrow’s lunch looks great and good size. Comes with dressing and warm pita. Looking forward to it."
