"First time visiting. I took my mom here for dinner and had a lovely time! It was very pretty decor and loved the Christmas Trees. Our server, AJ, was extremely nice, had great recommendations and was attentive. The bread that was free was so tasty but did take a little too long to come out....it came after we started eating the appetizers. Overall the food was pretty good. We ordered two apps (meatballs and spinach artichoke dip). Meatballs were really good, the dip was okay - I prefer it to be thicker. The drinks we got were tasty. Our entrees - my mom got the salmon which she thought was delicious and I had the ribeye which was really good, but a little too fatty. We ended our meal with dessert - the chocolate lava cake which was super tasty and my mom got the torte which was good if you like that type of dessert (I prefer warm desserts). Overall because of the atmosphere, our waiter AJ, and the food being pretty tasty, I would definitely return."
"Fireplace added the most perfect ambience. Waitstaff was attentive and helpful with recommendations. The whipped ricotta with honey and Pistachio was a nice way to start the meal. The gnocchi en brodo (freshly grated parm and cracked black pepper) was a nice sized entree. Plenty to take home."
"Recently attended a wedding reception at Carbone's Prime. I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff were lovely and super helpful. My girlfriend and I had some setup to do before the event and the staff went out of their way multiple times to help us. As part of the reception, the staff catered to our every need. There was no one without a drink or anything else they requested. The food was a buffet and was fantastic. It is so difficult to pull off a good buffet, yet Carbone's Prime nailed it. If you are looking for a small even space for a corporate event, birthday, or wedding reception, I would highly recommend Carbone's Prime."
