"I think that the staff cares about animals, but during my recent visits, I feel like I am getting the bum's rush because they are overwhelmed by appointments. I wanted to ask some questions during my pet's check up, but the vet just walked indifferently out of the room to handle an issue with an unhappy customer in reception, without even telling me if my pet was healthy or not. I guess we didn't matter. I was also trying to ask some questions of the receptionist about products and insurance, but she was also indifferent and brushed me off, basically dismissing me. I don't think that they can handle the workload, although they can handle processing payments. Maybe it's time to find a new vet, but unfortunately, I think they are all the same these days."
