"Pharmacy hours seem fluid. Still not open as of 9:30. Whenever it is open, expect a line as it seems understaffed."

"Nobody ever answers the phone at the pharmacy. I have been on hold for several hours without any response. My prescription is never ready when it says it will be, I have to go down to the store to have the prescription filled every single time. Then have to wait 15-20 minutes at the store when it was supposed to already have been filled."

"I am overdue with this survey, Because always my Husband and I going to pickup our medicines and Michael is the Best certified pharmacist EVER he is a so hard worker always taking care of everything, very professional, rapidly response, has the Best Customer Service, Friendly, care, always focus, energetic, he is amazing but, he needs help there, because he has to be every where, \napplying vaccines, attending desk, calling, making authorization and even attending the line who needs an special service and authorization, I don't know how he can do that is like having a SupeR Hero inside, but please CVS you have to care about Michael too, because we don't want to lose him. THANK YOU VERY MUCH MICHAEL FOR YOUR AWESOME SERVICE. We Love you."

"It took three trips to the drive-up window which took about 35 minutes, to get one of the medications that was called in by the doctor hours ago. They constantly mess up the documentation which causes delays and extreme confusion. Don't use this pharmacy unless it absolutely the only one available."

"Speed up the drive-up window times. I got on line at 6:32pm with 3 cars ahead of me. When I finally got to the window at 7:21, I glanced in the window and saw no customers on line inside, which begs the question. Why did it take me 49 minutes to move 40 feet? 5 minutes later I was greeted and I had my prescription in less than a minute. 54 minutes from getting on line to leaving, helping 4 customers. That's an average of 11 minutes per customer and is completely unacceptable!"
