The Kid's Dentist

"This dentist office is the epitome of horrible. The scam of it is that they masquerade as a "children's dentist," but that only goes as far as offering balloons and a toy for kids. The reality is that is where it stops. The office staff is rude, talks about your finances and bill in front of other clients, and continually states that you need things, like x-rays, that you in fact do not need. Let's be honest, just about every dentist out there will treat children in a kind manner and make the experience more comfortable. It is an illusion that because their name is "The Kid's Dentist," they are some how more equipped to work with children. They are not. What they are more equipped to do is charge you an arm and a leg for mediocre service and take very few insurance carriers. The staff is rude and they are basically "snake oil" salesman. Don't bother going here."

"Their a great place to bring a child. However, recently they have failed to come up with an agreement with United Health Care. Therefore, they have let go all their patients that have United Healthcare and are no longer accepting patients that carry United Healthcare. One would think for the children's sake they would try to renegotiate with United health care as other doctor offices have done and come up with an alternate solution so that the children don't suffer with having to transfer to a new dentist who are most likely NOT a dentist that know how to make children comfortable & unafraid . Instead they just do their job. I wish this office would renegotiate with United Healthcare so that my child who has been there for the last 12 years could continue to see the dentist professionals that she has grown to trust."

"We had an amazing first experience. The office is very clean, cute and interactive. The staff was very patient and kind. They even give a report card after. My son loved it from start to finish."

"When we first started going here, I thought this place was amazing. They told us that our 7 year old son needed fillings and teeth pulled. Then told us the day before his appointment that we needed to pay $750 upfront or we would have to reschedule. The girl was very rude to us and I told them I would find a new dentist. During our wait list for the new dentist, my son was complaining of tooth pain, not in the same area they mentioned. We just got him in for an emergency appointment, after she wanted to argue with me that we were an inactive customer because I was dissatisfied with their service. All for them to tell us we have to make another appointment and they are out until May!! This is the worst customer service and I wouldn't go here again if you paid me. I tried giving them another chance but they just shame you and don't care about the kids, they are just after your money. Stay away from this place."

"Had another great experience here! Timur was a great hygienist and did an outstanding job. Great personality and extremely competent. Dr Chris was amazing, as usual. Love this place and say with certainty that it is the ONLY PLACE I would recommend in all of Central New York for pediatric dentistry."
