"A wonderfull stay, weather definitely cooperated! Newly renovated property/suites, great staff. terrific corner suite with a view of the bay. Loved the balcony where we had Lavazza esspresso (from the suite) in the morning, wine at night! Some road noise when outside but we were not there during the day.. non issue for us. We liked the location about 5 miles from Greenport and 20 minutes to Orient point. Breakfast is simple, the coisant and muffin choices I made were outstanding! All of the staff could not have been nicer, more accomodating or helpful, they make a difference!!"

"We had a great experience here everything in new and beautiful very quiet and the people who run the hotel are on point the views of the bay overlooking the flawless marina are amazing as you can sit outside by the fire pit or a hammock with the complimentary wine and enjoy life They also provided a nice breakfast for us the next morning"

"I recently had an amazing time at The Shoals Suites & Slips in Southold, NY, and I wanted to share my experience. The place is really nice. The room was clean and comfy, and you could tell they put thought into making it cozy. But what really made my stay memorable was Barbara, the hostess. She's seriously awesome. Super friendly and down-to-earth, she went out of her way to make sure I was having a great time. It's like having a cool friend who's also making sure you're having a blast. The vibe of the place is on point too. Right by the Peconic Bay, it's got that chill, laid-back feel. Waking up to that view was something else – seriously, it's the kind of thing you see in movies. So, if you're in the mood for a relaxing escape with warm hospitality, definitely give The Shoals Suites & Slips a shot. Barbara and the whole vibe make it a solid choice. Thumbs up from me for sure."

"My family and I were in New York for my mother-in-laws funeral. Despite our sad situation, we had the pleasure of staying at this incredible location. Upon arrival we were greeted by Paolo, the GM, and we were shown to our spectacular room. We had a sitting area and lovely beach decoration...barn wood, and every possible amenity one might need during their stay. The location is gorgeous...on the water and the sunrises and sunsets are spectacular. We were treated to a glass of wine in their living room...wonderfully decorated and comfortable. I can't say enough great things...be sure to stop here and enjoy The Shoals."

"Stayed here for one night. We booked a double queen and the room was very pretty and clean (just like the photos). Also, the view is amazing. They had a grand opening this week and have a lot of new things coming on the way. Definitely, a place to recommend!! Would love to re-visit with my family and friends again. Everything was top-notch - amazing staff with awesome service. Couldn't have asked for more!"
