"Pet Story is amazing! The staff is kind, patient, friendly and very knowledgeable about the grooming process and the products that they sell. My dog Abby has been going to Pet Story every 6-7 weeks for about 2 years now and she runs to the back of the store to meet her groomer every single time we arrive. Jane pets Abby and Abby kisses her before it’s grooming time! There has never been a cut or a knick on my dog. I mention this because Abby is very sweet, but can be a challenge to groom. When Jane is not available I have used other groomers and they are all professional and exceptional. I feel at completely at ease leaving my fur baby with the Pet Story family."
