"Took my puppy to get his first grooming experience here. Raul did not listen to me when I asked him to keep my dogs hair long and round, you know? The puppy look! He just did his own thing and the cut was very short, rough and choppy. They told me 2-3 hours so I came back after 2.5 hours to try and see him during his appointment but they didn’t start on him till about 3.5 hours from drop off. My puppy screamed while he got groomed especially when Raul was handling his paws which I now see were razor burns on his paws :( 2 stars because he smells nice and feels soft but what a traumatic experience. Probably won’t book with that groomer, or maybe even this location again."
"Lily C, the groomer, did an amazing job! My cockapoos ears were matted and I feared that there would be no fur left on her beautiful ears but she was able to take the knots out while still giving her the nice cockapoo look that I wanted. My dog came out so happy and was even happy seeing her when we arrived to our appointment! Lily is the sweetest and really talented!"
