"The first time I Dr Okonkwo for x rays and a cleaning she was great. A bit dramatic about my gum issues but I didn’t mind that. The second time I saw her , I got my wisdom tooth pulled which was fast and give or take painless. However , before the tooth extraction she shot me up to numb the area and said she would be back in a few minutes. A few minutes turned into 45 minutes and no one came in to tell me where she was. She finally returned and made me feel horrible for asking where she was and completely disregarded that she kept me waiting with no alert as to where she was. Also , her emergency phone number for after hours is a scam. I had an emergency last night , called and texted the number numerous times and no one ever got back to me. I had to go see another dentist and pay out of pocket to remove the little piece of food that was stuck in my wisdom tooth socket. I believe bcs I have husky insurance , I am pushed aside and treated like I don’t exist."
