"The office is closed in the middle of the day for 2 hours for lunch. They do not pick up the phone and they will not see you during that time. My son had a problem from his morning appointment, they refused to see him until late in the afternoon, at a time that was impossible for him. We waited outside for almost 2 hours and watched the staff eat, talk, brush their teeth, watch television; but they would not take 5 minutes to correct a mistake that they made earlier in the day."
